Quicker PTET Refunds

Entities that filed annual returns for the 2024 tax year for the New York pass-through entity tax are often receiving refunds within 30 days. This marks a quicker processing of such refunds than in prior years.

Unfortunately, such refunds remain available only by paper check and not direct deposit.
